We’ve gathered a list of top resources for individuals who may need mental wellness support. PLEASE NOTE: If there is an imminent crisis, calling 911 or a taking a trip to the closest local emergency room are the best options.

The National Suicide Prevention Hotline (1-800-273-TALK (8255) is a 24-7 service available nationally. 


Bullying:

KidsHealth.org offers many resources on supporting your child if he/she is experiencing bullying as well as information about cyber-bullying and many other related topics.
